Online Tools for Planning and Assessing your use of the QFT

These forms are designed 1) to help you use backwards planning to guide your use of the QFT; 2) to help you reflect on your facilitation of the QFT and create a plan for continued improvement. The planning tool should be used before implementing the QFT, and the assessment tool should be used after the QFT has been used.
